The Talensi District
Sports committee in collaboration with the District sports coordinator, is gearing up for the 2026 edition of the inter-circuit U-13 milo football games competition. The tournament is set to kick off on February 17th and will run until February 20th.
The competition has been decentralized into three zones, with the Eastern Zone comprising Datuku North, Datuku South, Sheaga, and Duusi-Gaare-Gbane circuits. The Central Zone features Baare-Tongo Beo, Tongo Central, and Yameriga circuits, while the Western Zone includes Pwalugu Yinduri, Winkongo, and Gbeogo circuits.
According to the format, winners from each zone will converge at Tongo Primary School for an all-play-all competition to determine the circuit that will represent Talensi District in the upcoming inter-district U 13 Milo games.
The various groups will play their group-stage matches at different venues, with Group A taking center stage at Sheaga School Park, Group B at Tongo Primary Park, anp C at Pusu Namongo school park Namong.
